Privacy Policy

Firearms safety, marksmanship and range training. Book and pay for classes, prepare for the range and log your practice.

Who uses it: Students booking classes, visitors using the free training pages, and the instructor.

Depending on how you use the app, we hold the following kinds of information.

• Account details: Your name and email address when you create an account or sign in.
• Bookings: Course, date, time, location, your name and email, any note you add, status, amount paid, payment references from Stripe, refund amount and, for some courses, an Academy course access code and link.
• Training log: Drill name, category, skill level, score, rounds fired, notes and date. You can edit and delete your own entries.
• Audit events: Actions on bookings, payments and settings are recorded with who did them, when, and what changed.

• To provide Instructor Reese to you.
• To answer the messages and requests you send us, and to run your bookings.
• To keep the service secure and to keep a record of what happened and when.

These services take part in running the app. The table says what each one does and what it receives.

• Service

  Base44 (hosting platform)

  What it does

  Hosts the app: the website, database, sign-in, backend functions, scheduled jobs and file storage.

  What it receives

  All information entered in the app.

• Service

  Email sending (provided through the hosting platform)

  What it does

  Sends booking confirmations, reminders, a weekly recap, follow-ups and instructor alerts.

  What it receives

  The recipient address and the text of the message.

• Service

  Base44 image hosting (media.base44.com)

  What it does

  Delivers the photos shown on the training pages.

  What it receives

  Your browser asks for the image files, so the host receives your IP address and browser details.

• Service

  Stripe

  What it does

  Processes payments and refunds for paid classes through Stripe Checkout.

  What it receives

  You enter payment details on Stripe's page. The app keeps references, the amount and the status.

• Service

  Academy (an Access Patrol app)

  What it does

  Keeps class schedules in step, shows a booked class in the student's Academy account and issues or removes course access codes.

  What it receives

  Class details, the email addresses of confirmed students, and for course access the student's name and email and the access code. Class-change notices carry no names or emails.

The app stores a few small items in your browser. The Cookies and local storage page lists them.

• You can read your own bookings and your own training log. Only the instructor can create or change bookings.
• The contact form opens your own email app. It does not send your message through this app.
• Actions on bookings, payments and settings are recorded in an audit log that only the instructor can read and that nobody can edit.
