Refunds and cancellations

• A refund is for the full amount you paid. Partial refunds are not offered by the app.
• Some classes are non-refundable. Each class is marked refundable or not when it is published.
• If the instructor moves your booking to another class, you keep your payment. No refund is made and you are not charged again.
• The instructor can switch refunds off for the whole app.
• If the instructor cancels a class, paid bookings on it are refunded through Stripe.
• If your booking came with online course access, a refund removes that access.
